We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our commitment to meeting accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement across our technical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence
  Support and maintain compliance with accreditation standards through the development, review, and management of technical procedures and work instructions.
• Peer Competency Assessment
  Assess peers’ technical and regulatory competencies to ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and consistency of our programs.
• Specialist Advice
  Provide expert technical guidance to support the ongoing development, improvement, and robustness of our technical programs.
• Auditor Duties
  Conduct independent audits to evaluate processes, records, and systems, ensuring conformity with relevant Acts, Regulations, and certification standards.

About You

You will bring strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach, along with:

• A high level of industry knowledge and relevant experience
• Proven ability to engage effectively with regulators, standards owners, and industry partners
• Current approval as an auditor with a minimum of three years’ industry auditing experience
• A relevant tertiary qualification, such as:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)
  • Bachelor of Food Technology (BFoodTech)
  • Dairy Diploma
  • Or equivalent industry experience
