Job Description
Position Summary
The Learning Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of Assent’s Training & Enablement (T&E) function, leveraging AI-enabled systems to scale learning delivery, automate operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making. This role ensures AI-assisted delivery, automated reporting, intelligent optimization, and scalable learning program operations across the organization.
You will manage learning systems with AI-assisted automation, support program logistics through workflow tools, maintain data integrity using automated validation processes, and generate predictive insights using advanced analytics tools. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement AI tools that improve learning operations efficiency and learner experience.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Learning Program Manager and stakeholders to prioritize training and enablement requests using AI-assisted intake triage, demand forecasting, and request clustering tools.
Maintain data integrity and leverage AI-assisted analytics tools to automate data cleaning, anomaly detection, and trend identification across learning and business datasets.
Coordinate and partially automate dashboard creation using BI tools with natural language querying (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Standardize the use of AI tools to automate recurring analyses, generate executive-ready summaries, and enable self-service reporting.
Orchestrate data across LMS, HRIS, and CRM systems with automated sync validation and error flagging.
Use AI to synthesize multi-system data into clear performance narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Automate compliance tracking, certification monitoring, and audit documentation using rule-based workflows and AI-assisted validation.
Use AI-powered tools to monitor regulatory changes, summarize updates, and recommend necessary training adjustments.
Generate and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow maps using AI documentation tools.
Continuously improve operational workflows using data insights and automation tools to enhance learner experience and efficiency.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree (or certification) in Education, Adult Learning, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Learning Operations, Enablement, L&D, HR Operations, or similar roles.
Tools & Digital Fluency: Experience with analytics, reporting, workflow automation, and learning systems; comfortable adopting new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows effectively.
Business & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
Data Integrity: High attention to detail with experience in data validation, deduplication, and maintaining data quality.
Systems Expertise: Experience integrating and optimizing LMS, HRIS, and CRM platforms (e.g., Docebo, UKG, Salesforce, Guru).
Content & Learning Support: Familiarity with learning content formats, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
