Job Description
Summary
As a Project Manager on the Brand team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. This role is strategic in nature and tactical in function, collaborating with team leaders to execute brand projects across our diverse business units and channels to create a company-wide brand-inspired culture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing/branding strategies and will possess exceptional creative, organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $65,167- $70,167. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead all aspects of assigned project’s goals and scope, develop schedules, manage diverse feedback loops and ultimately deliver results
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal partners across all lines of business to bring projects and ideas to market
- Annual ArtUP program execution including artist activations, marketing executions, merchandising and communication with curator
- Story tell, showcase, communicate and sell initiatives through multi-media deliverables like Keynote, InDesign or PowerPoint
- Work with 4MS buyers and in-house/out-of-house designers to design and develop seasonal logo merchandise
- Act as a resource for internal department’s swag development and logo merchandising
- Assist with development of branded employee uniforms
- Manage external brand agency support
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years of experience in project management, product development or marketing related field
- Proficiency in design programs including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote and PowerPoint
- Experience in brand and marketing strategy and implementation
- Exceptional ability to create presentation decks that wow
- Ability to both think deeply to drive strategy and roll up your sleeves to bring it to life
- Knowledge and/or interest in modern art is a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ski or snowboard experience preferred

Supervision given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Supervision received. Works under general supervision of the Director of Brand Strategy. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed. Work is reviewed on demand or during scheduled check-ins.

Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
No adverse or hazardous conditions
Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
