Our trusted Aspect Therapy team is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Learning Support Team at Aspect Riverina School in Albury.

This is an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary school environment where your expertise can make a meaningful difference to the lives of autistic students.

Working closely with the school's Learning Support Team, you'll provide individual, whole-class and whole-school support to help students achieve meaningful functional goals. You'll work in partnership with students, their families and support networks to identify strengths, understand areas of need and develop practical strategies that build capability and support participation in learning and everyday life.

No two students are the same, so you'll enjoy a varied role where you can apply your clinical skills in creative and meaningful ways.

Pre-purchased annual leave is available and will be considered for candidates who may prefer to work school terms only.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), or willingness to obtain
  • Current driver's licence, access to your own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel within your local community
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You certificate
  • You may be required to provide an international police clearance
