Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time Position (64 hours bi-weekly)
  • Tuesday through Friday (flexble depending on appointments)
  • Pay: $28.00/hour.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our salon in Mechanicsburg, United States. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. You will work in a professional environment where client satisfaction and therapeutic excellence are paramount. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

  • Perform a variety of massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage to address client needs and health goals
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, current concerns, and treatment preferences
  • Maintain detailed client records and document session notes, progress, and any recommendations for follow-up care
  • Communicate effectively with clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, and self-care recommendations
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain punctuality to ensure smooth client flow

Qualifications

  • Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional massage therapy experience required
  • CPR certification (preferred)
