Salary Range: $55 - $65 k Annually
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute reports using the Welcome Home database to monitor trends and performance metrics.
- Develop and manage budgets for sales events and community advertising.
- Coordinate and manage departmental sales events and calendars.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to manage advertising initiatives.
- Facilitate move-outs, including vendor notifications and file coordination for settlements.
- Track resident referrals, attrition, and releases within the database.
- Manage the PAC meeting schedule, agendas, and departmental budgets.
- Handle accounts payable, expense coding, deposits, and refund requests.
- Create marketing materials, such as flyers and invitations, and maintain collateral inventory.
- Maintain departmental and director calendars, including meetings and PTO requests.
- Actively network across departments to build trust and maintain positive communication.
- Provide coverage for the First Impressions role as needed.
- Adhere to established safety and risk management processes, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant experience (3 years or more).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role with emphasis on excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Experience in a Sales and Marketing environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office and/or marketing environment preferred.
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office computer package.
