Job Description
Summary
The HR Systems Manager will provide strategic oversight to all Human Resources (HR) systems including but not limited to the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, time and attendance system, Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and how they interface with other company systems. They will also be a key contributor in the implementation or major upgrade of Asbury’s HCM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR technology, exceptional project management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Asbury’s HR operations.
Essential Functions Include but not limited to:
Strategic Oversight of HR Systems:
- Oversee the strategic planning, development, and management of all HR systems, including but not limited to those for Human Capital Management (HCM), Time & Attendance, learning (LMS), applicant tracking (ATS), survey facilitation, employment verification, background checks, policy storage, and Asbury intranets with employee and manager resources.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of all HR data and systems.
HCM Implementation Leadership:
- Co-lead (with outside PMO) the end-to-end implementation or upgrade of Asbury’s Human Capital Management (HCM) / Time & Attendance system(s), including planning, configuration, testing, change management and deployment.
- With assistance from an outside consultant, develop, maintain and manage project and change management plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the HCM system.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems management
- Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR technology and software applications.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
