Job Description
The role will be based abroad in one of our international projects in the Middle - East, Central Asia or Africa.
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for dynamic and a highly motivated Project Administration Section Head to join the Project Administration team in one of the countries we operate (think Middle East, Central Asia and Africa to start with), following an insightful training rotation period in our Athens Office and project locations.
You will play a key role in our daily operations in one of our sites abroad. Plus, we offer excellent opportunities for a challenging career in an international environment.

What you will need to do:
Your role may include but not limited to the following:
- Ensures compliance with company Policies, Procedures and Standards.
- Ensures that company registrations, certificates and licenses are obtained, recorded and maintained as required.
- Ensures that visas, work permits, gate passes etc. are obtained, recorded and maintained as required.
- Ensures that all Company Marine and Land equipment, Drivers and Operators are registered and licensed.
- Monitors Facility Management related operations including offices, camps, canteens, catering and hygiene standards.
- Implements Security Processes and Standards.
- Supports medical needs of employees and dependents as required. i.e. coordination with medical facilities and clinics
- Supervises and coordinates transportation arrangements of employees
Qualifications
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in industrial projects and in a similar position
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
- Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office
