Job Description

Premium Audit Team Lead – is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of Premium Audit operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements as well as being the point of contact of the team. 

Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in 
support of the following areas: 
o Premium Audit Nexus system 
o Policy Decisions 
o Other operations, as needed. 
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications. 
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables. 
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution. 
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed. 
• Responsible for Daily Operations of the team (Workload and Workforce 
Management) 
• Manage Team Attendance, Team Schedule, and PTO 
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process of staff. 
• Coordinate with Manager for Capacity Planning 
• Coordinate Training (New Hire or Cross Training) and suggest training plan to 
Manager. 
• Ability to prepare Production & Quality Reports and Analysis 

Qualifications

More than 7 years of relevant work experience preferably in insurance and 
reinsurance industry 
• Can work under pressure and tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly. 
Organized and very systematic in handling tasks at hand. 
• Excellent MS Office, Excel skills 
• Demonstrated project management skills. 
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written 
• Strong analysis and data processing skills
 
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm, 
motivation, and commitment, leading to the achievement of a desired vision, 
values, and superior performance. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent 
working relationships.
