Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst – Large Account Operations is responsible for supporting the Underwriting Operations group by performing quality assurance activities to include process optimization, evaluation and implementing automation, visualization, and data solutions in support of the QA program. In addition, the QA Analyst will be a critical individual to gather and preempt requirements from stakeholders and be responsible for designing the appropriate mechanisms and will work closely with the stakeholders and team leadership
- As a QA Analyst you will be providing quality assurance, training, best practices, and solutions that enable process efficiency, automation, and data driven decisions.
- Hands-on in the design and execution of the quality program to include endorsements and policies for associated Business Units and Lines of Business.
- Design and implement complex PowerBI data visualizations
- Support implemented solutions by conducting root cause analysis on issues and corrective actions.
- Document and analyze quality findings and report out on findings in a clear way to managers and stakeholders.
- Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
- Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues.
Ability to optimize and streamline the QA Program
Qualifications
- Expertise in PowerBI and large/variable data sets
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Process Improvement Mindset
- Experience in Technologies including Power Automate
- Prior Quality Assurance Experience
Insurance experience preferred
Additional Information
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent in experience) with 4 – 8 years or related experience.
