Job Description

Schedule: Night Shift

This role is crucial for ensuring seamless after-hours support across our travel, security, and real estate and facilities systems. The Global Support Specialist must be a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and respond swiftly with strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.  

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate must be competent in the following areas:  

Global Real Estate Administration Support 

  • After-hours global support - submit and handle service tickets internal and external (ServiceNow, iOffice, Preparis etc.). 
  • Route tickets to the appropriate individuals for resolution. 
  • Conduct third-party vendors reviews for physical security and business continuity. 
  • Resolve appropriate tickets that can be completed. 
  • Escalate any emergency issues to the functional area manager(s). 
  • Support GSO Business Continuity initiatives. 
  • Update and maintain the department’s information management and records.  
  • Complete other Facility duties as assigned.

Global Travel Support 

  • Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to travelers and travel arrangers as calls or emails are received; escalate to ALTOUR or eExpense when necessary. 
  • Arranging travel accommodations for business visitors by directing them to travel agent. 
  • After-hour global support – for Concur. 
  • Create required Travel reporting, as required. 
  • Reconcile unused travel tickets.

Global Security Support 

  • After-hour global support - submit and handle service tickets internal and external (internal – CCure , external - vendor such as repair/maintenance and arrange troubleshooting calls). 
  • Monitor access control and CCTV systems at all locations daily to report issues. 
  • Access card number assignment (backup). 
  • Create required security reporting, as required.

Local Real Estate Administration Support 

  • Serves as back up for local real estate administration support tasks and responsibilities. 

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • At least 4-6 years work experience with facilities operations with proven proficiency in key systems such as CCure, ServiceNow and other cloud-based facilities systems 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to deliver various reports to management 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong commitment to company values and principles 
  • Open to a flexible work schedule which includes night shifts or early morning shifts (4AM – 1PM)

Additional Information
