  • · Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Facilities, Compliance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives and other inquiries.
  • · Maintain accurate and organized procurement records
  • · Assist in locating key suppliers, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • · Assist in negotiating purchasing agreements and lead-times.
  • · Managing vendor relationships and comprehensive supplier database
  • · Controlling the procurement budget, as needed.
  • · Act as the representative of the Procurement Team.
  • · Perform duties as advised by the management.
