KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively manage client relationships by conducting thorough intake meetings, understanding and addressing client needs, qualifying prospective clients, and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee recruitment team members by assessing their capacity and skill set, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and maintaining seamless collaboration.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complex recruitment concerns and inquiries.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain a focus on results, and ensure high-quality service for clients.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and lead various recruitment projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in local end-to-end recruitment.
• Must have experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates.
• Must have experience in corporate/local recruitment for IT, Finance, Data Analytics and Back Office Support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems including recruitment automation tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills: 

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software 
• Familiarity with talent sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
