Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage client relationships by conducting thorough intake meetings, understanding and addressing client needs, qualifying prospective clients, and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee recruitment team members by assessing their capacity and skill set, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and maintaining seamless collaboration.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complex recruitment concerns and inquiries.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain a focus on results, and ensure high-quality service for clients.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and lead various recruitment projects.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in local end-to-end recruitment.
- Must have experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates.
- Must have experience in corporate/local recruitment for IT, Finance, Data Analytics and Back Office Support.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems including recruitment automation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Familiarity with talent sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
