Shift Assignment: Mid Shift

Strategic Analytics is a growing team at Arch that has established itself as a driving force in the success of the business. We focus on implementing solutions that improve profitability and growth. To broaden our impact, we have expanded our focus to deliver business-driven intelligent data automation capabilities that combine data from external vendors with intelligent document processing (IDP) technologies. This primarily includes working Azure Logic Apps and Document Intelligence. As a key member of the Strategic Analytics team, you will support the implementation of IDP/AI opportunities across operations, claims, finance, and underwriting teams. 

• Develop and maintain Azure Logic Apps and APIs
• Use SQL, Python and Snowflake to explore and understand underlying data, and suggest improvements for monitoring, performance, and best practices
• Develop libraries using Python
• Develop real time data transformations, model variable creation, and orchestration activities to support the scoring process
• Code deployment using GitHub
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and other developers
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement predictive models and analytic solutions
• Document technical workflows and monitoring processes
• Contribute and enforce evolving best standards and practices

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role or equivalent using Python
• 3+ years of experience with SQL development
• 3+ years of workflow and automation experience
• 1+ years of experience with API development
• Experience with Azure technologies, specifically Logic Apps is a plus
• Experience manipulating, processing and extracting value from datasets
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills in order to tackle complex data challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and highly collaborative global team
• Experience configuring & establishing automations utilizing IDP software solutions is a huge plus

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology degree, Data Analytics or equivalent
