Job Description
The Finance Analyst will be responsible for processing invoices for posting and payments in Arch’s Accounts Payable system and ensuring that the relevant account balances are accurately updated by posting transactions. The Finance Analyst will also support tasks related to accounting and financial reporting. The candidate will provide support and be part of Arch’s Global Services Operations (GSO) Finance Team and will report to the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance.
- Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities
- Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies
- Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close
- Collaborate with the AP team for best practices and process improvement

- Proficiency in statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel)
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and financial systems
