Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our team at Ripon, HG4 2RD. This
is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual looking for flexible work

are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, creating a safe and welcoming
environment for customers, visitors and colleagues.

Job Description
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties across
designated areas, ensuring all facilities are clean, hygienic and well-presented. This is an
ideal role for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and
enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:
• Cleaning offices, communal areas, washrooms and welfare facilities
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing designated areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with site procedures
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet tissue
• Reporting maintenance issues, hazards and defects to management
• Following cleaning schedules and completing tasks to the required standards
• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly
• Adhering to all health & safety, COSHH and company procedures

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of health & safety procedures is desirable
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
