Aramark Team is seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary Cleaning Working Supervisor to join our team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will supervise daily cleaning operations while actively participating in hands-on cleaning duties. You will be responsible for supporting the cleaning team, maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the cleaning team during daily operations.
• Allocate duties and ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
• Participate in hands-on cleaning activities as required.
• Monitor cleaning standards and carry out quality inspections.
• Ensure staff follow site-specific health and safety procedures.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and timekeeping.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and machinery are used correctly.
• Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements and operational issues.
• Support and train team members where required.
• Maintain cleaning records and complete relevant checklists.
• Communicate effectively with management and site representatives.

• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
