Graysons are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Team Member to join our team at the Colonnade Restaurant, Bristol Beacon, BS1 5AR. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring food and beverage service is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with restaurant set-up and clear-down
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout front-of-house areas
  • Supporting the wider team during busy service periods
  • Handling customer queries and requests in a positive and professional manner
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
  • Helping to create a memorable dining experience for every guest

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year's hospitality experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
  • Ideally fully flexible to work a variety of shifts across the week
  • Reliable and punctual approach to work
