Salary: £17.07 per hour - equated
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Weeks: 43 weeks per year (Term Time Only)

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager to lead our catering operation at The Marlborough Church of England School in Woodstock. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced catering professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service within an education environment.
As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the catering service, managing a team, ensuring food quality standards are consistently achieved, and delivering a welcoming dining experience for students, staff, and visitors.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the daily catering operation and leading the onsite team
- Planning, preparing, and delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
- Ensuring exceptional customer service for students, staff, and visitors
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, and team performance
- Monitoring food production, presentation, and service standards
- Controlling budgets, stock levels, ordering, and food costs
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety, and company policies
- Completing administration, reporting, and audit requirements
- Building positive relationships with school stakeholders
- Driving innovation and promoting seasonal and healthy menu choices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Catering Manager, Chef Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A passion for food, service excellence, and customer satisfaction
- Good knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation
- Ability to motivate and develop a successful team
- Intermediate IT and administrative skills
- Relevant food hygiene qualification or willingness to obtain one
