Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Security Administration Clerk to join our team in Camberley, GU15 4PQ. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, organised, and customer-focused individual to support the security operation through the effective administration of visitor access procedures and site records.

Job Description

As a Security Administration Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of site access procedures while providing a professional and welcoming first impression to visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Inputting accurate visitor details onto the SISYS data system (full training provided)
  • Printing and issuing visitor passes
  • Escorting deliveries and delivery drivers as required
  • Interrogating the SISYS database to provide records against specified criteria
  • Working collaboratively with MPGS officers and other site personnel
  • Ensuring all handover procedures are completed before the end of your shift
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties within your capabilities
  • Complying with all company rules, regulations, policies, and security procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a variety of operational and administrative records accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A quality-focused approach to work
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Professional and courteous approach when dealing with visitors and colleagues

Additional Information

  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
