Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at the Brookwood Families Shop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy retail environment.

What you'll be doing
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the retail unit
- Maintaining stock rotation processes and ensuring stock levels are effectively managed
- Placing orders and monitoring deliveries to ensure product availability
- Supporting and guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Carrying out barista duties and preparing hot beverages to a high standard
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store
- Monitoring product displays and ensuring the shop is presented to an excellent standard
- Supporting stock counts and inventory management
- Ensuring food safety, health & safety, and operational standards are maintained
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Previous retail experience or experience in a similar role is desirable
- Full training will be provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Basic numeracy and stock control skills
- A flexible and positive approach to work
- Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment
Additional Requirements
Must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
