We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in North Ayrshire, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities and work areas. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to professional standards, efficiency, and a thorough approach to all cleaning tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. • Clean and sanitise all designated work areas, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces to the highest standards

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively • Stock and manage cleaning supplies, reporting when items require replenishment • Follow established cleaning schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure efficient completion • Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment • Maintain a professional demeanour and communicate effectively with colleagues and management • Ensure cleaning materials are stored safely and securely • Perform additional duties as required to support the organisation's operational needs

**Required Skills and Experience:** • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards • Ability to perform manual cleaning tasks regularly • Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and familiarity with various cleaning products • Strong time management and organisational skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Awareness of health and safety practices and regulations • Reliability and consistent punctuality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Desirable Skills and Experience:** • Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance role • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations • Experience with specialist cleaning techniques or equipment • Proven track record of maintaining professional standards in previous roles
