Job Description
Responsible for building and operating a highly available microservice architecture in Azure.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available software using best-in-class technologies, with the focus on DevOps, infrastructure and the engineering platform.
Establish best practices and build tools to drive the use of CI/CD and the adoption of infrastructure/platform components by engineering teams.
Automate operational tasks and infrastructure as code.
Monitor and manage our environments by integrating telemetry and observability into the platform. Maintain best practices around notifications and response processes.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience in building highly available, scalable, distributed systems in a microservice architecture.
A solid grasp of development, automation, and monitoring tools and practices. With tools that include Terraform, Bash, NodeJS, GitHub Actions, Datadog, ELK.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, CI/CD.
Proficiency in *nix.
Knowledge of Azure and the .NET ecosystem as a big plus.
