We are looking for a Logistics Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customer and carrier requirements while supporting international supply chain operations, including customs formalities and transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee express import and export customs processes, including compliance with Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and transportation operations.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues involving transportation, customs clearance, and logistics workflows.
• Monitor and track shipments through various transportation channels and systems.
• Communicate transportation and logistics costs to customers and suppliers as required.
• Evaluate, process, and follow up on customer claims, logistics and customs related incidents.
• Ability to remain effective under pressure and manage stressful situations in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal procedures, and customer requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Alternative relevant qualifications will also be considered, such as vocational training in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or international transportation.
• Practical knowledge of freight management systems and PC-based logistics applications is preferred.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Languages

• Fluent English is required, both written and spoken.
• Additional languages will be considered an asset.
