You are a detail-oriented and methodical professional with experience supporting SharePoint Online environments within Microsoft 365 enterprise ecosystems. You enjoy working in structured environments where organization, governance, accuracy, and documentation quality are critical to operational success.
You are comfortable handling document management and content governance activities, collaborating directly with client stakeholders, and executing operational tasks within established information architecture frameworks. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of consistency, governance, and documentation within large-scale content environments.
You thrive in operationally focused environments where attention to detail, structured execution, and collaboration are highly valued. You are proactive, organized, and capable of supporting governance and migration initiatives with accuracy and discipline.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- 2–4 years of experience working with SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online environments.
- Strong experience managing SharePoint Online libraries, content types, views, permissions, metadata structures, and indexed columns.
- Experience supporting document migration, content reorganization, archival, cleanup, or governance initiatives.
- Experience with Power Automate fundamentals, including scheduled flows, email notifications, and basic workflow automation.
- Experience using PnP PowerShell or equivalent scripting tools for inventory exports, migration support, and administrative activities.
- Basic Microsoft 365 administration knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while following established governance and technical standards.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting directly with client SMEs and stakeholders.
- Professional English communication skills (written and conversational).
Nice-to-have Competencies:
- Microsoft 365 administration experience beyond SharePoint Online.
- Basic Azure knowledge or familiarity with Entra ID concepts.
- Experience with document management or records management systems.
- Experience configuring SharePoint Search.
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification or equivalent.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Execute SharePoint library inventory exports and support large-scale content classification activities.
- Collaborate directly with SMEs during document classification and governance review sessions.
- Perform archival, cleanup, and content organization activities across structured SharePoint environments.
- Configure SharePoint content types, indexed columns, and views following predefined architectural standards and governance guidance.
- Support migration and reorganization activities for large-scale document environments.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for governance reporting, scheduled notifications, and operational visibility.
- Draft and maintain Content Governance Guides and related operational documentation.
- Ensure document organization and classification activities are executed accurately and consistently according to governance standards.
- Support high-volume operational execution activities within established governance frameworks.
- Work under the architectural direction and technical guidance of senior leadership.
- Maintain disciplined execution, strong documentation practices, and attention to detail throughout governance and migration activities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Experience managing SharePoint libraries, metadata structures, permissions, and content organization.
- Experience supporting document migration or governance initiatives.
- Experience with Power Automate and PnP PowerShell.
