Anton Paar Group is a global leader in precision measuring instruments for industry and research. We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our Sales and Service Subsidiary in Argentina. You will drive profitable growth, lead a high-performing team, oversee business operations, strengthen customer relationships, and execute the company's strategic objectives while ensuring operational excellence and long-term market success.

• Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary operations in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay from the, Buenos Aires office, overseeing a team of currently 26 employees
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives
• Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the Americas Regional Director and the Global Headquarters
• Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence
• Identifying and capitalizing new market opportunities
• Continuous improvement of sales and service activities
• Planning and controlling annual sales and cost budgets
• Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team
• Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous
• Extensive experience in B2B sales management
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral
• In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Profound knowledge of the Argentinean market
