Candidates should be exceptional individuals with a high degree of motivation, excellent communications skills and ability to work as part of a team to succeed in a challenging environment.

The Ideal applicants should meet the following criteria

• BSc in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering or Extractive Metallurgy.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Code 08/ B driver license (Manual Transmission).
• Must be in possession of a valid Code of Conduct.
• Familiarity with process flow diagrams and basic process design.
• Basic understanding of diamond extraction.

Job Specific competencies include

• Enthusiastic about working the Process plants.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational requirements on short notice.
• Ability to interact with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safe work practices and general safety awareness.
• Analytical and report writing skills.
