Job Description
To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on active sourcing.
You will directly influence who joins our consulting and expert teams in Germany.
You will build pipelines for critical roles and shape how we identify, approach, and secure top-tier talent in competitive markets. Your work will have measurable impact on our growth trajectory.
YOUR TASK
- Analyse role requirements and create profiles in close collaboration with management board
- Lead end-to-end active sourcing, including market mapping, sophisticated Boolean search strategies, and identification of suitable candidates
- Approach and engage high-quality candidates through personalised, data-driven outreach across multiple sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines and long‑term talent pools
- Track and analyse sourcing performance metrics to continuously improve search strategies and channel effectiveness
- Create clear, insightful sourcing reports for managers
Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a clear focus on active sourcing and direct search
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Economic Psychology, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence with data-driven recruiting
- Proven ability to create meaningful and insightful reports for managers
- Experience in consulting, tech, or other fast-paced, performance-driven environments is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
