  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, reference architectures, standards and design guardrails.
  • Drive architecture governance and assurance processes, ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategy while enabling speed and agility in delivery.
  • Create alignment across technology portfolios, platforms and delivery teams to ensure solutions are interoperable, reusable and strategically aligned.
  • Influence major technology decisions, platform modernisation initiatives and investment priorities across the organisation.
  • Develop domain architectures, capability maps and technology roadmaps that connect business objectives with future-state technology outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success defining and embedding enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, standards and strategic roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated leadership of Enterprise and/or Domain Architecture teams, including capability development, workforce planning and creating high-performing architecture practices.
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to connect business outcomes to technology decisions.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and shaping major investment, platform and transformation decisions.
  • A track record of driving alignment across multiple business units, delivery portfolios and technology teams with competing priorities.
  • Deep knowledge across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, cloud platforms, integration, data and security disciplines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences alike.
