We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Laval, QC, Sunday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will play an essential role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting customer vehicles from the pick-up location to the branch;
• Maintaining accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions;
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation;
• Performing labourer duties, which may include depollution, tire removal, and other related tasks;
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities;
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers.

To join our team:

• Valid and current Class 5 driver's licence;
• A good driving record;
• Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures;
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions;
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
