Job Description
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a critical role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.
What you're responsible for:
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role.
- Offering guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborating with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
- Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Executing full cycle sourcing activities, including market mapping, outreach and candidate engagement to build a talent pool and to support key hiring needs.
- Promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract the right talent.
- Attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates
Qualifications
- You have 3-5 years experience managing full cycle recruitment.
- You have proven ability to source and attract talent in competitive markets
- You have strong experience managing multiple requisitions and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- You have demonstrated ability to partner with and influence hiring managers.
- You have solid understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to use data to guide decisions.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
