Job Description

What you're responsible for : 

  • Collect, clean and analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Produce structured Excel reports with documented methodologies and reproducible appendices
  • Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT to deploy workflows and data integration solutions
  • Support ERP system implementation and monitor the performance of automated solutions
  • Participate in process mapping and documentation, integrating digital solutions where appropriate
  • Support the CI Specialist, Manager and Director across all project phases (analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, maintenance)
  • Build cross-functional relationships and actively contribute to workshops and co-creation sessions

Qualifications

To join our team  :

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (Master's an asset)
  • 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data analytics, BI and process automation
  • Experience in continuous improvement or process transformation (asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA or equivalent
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and data storytelling skills
  • High autonomy, ownership mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism required (French/English)
