Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario! As a Parts Clerk, you will ensure that proper procedures are being followed by the inspection team members for productivity, quality control, and safety.

What you're responsible for:

  • Accurately picking, packing, and distributing heavy equipment, truck, and trailer parts to production and maintenance teams in a timely manner
  • Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation, verification, and reconciliation through Maximo
  • Maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions, stock movements, and service requests
  • Working closely with maintenance, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure parts availability, timely replenishment, and smooth workflow
  • Conducting cycle counts, ensuring accuracy of stock levels, and maintaining detailed documentation

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have experience in a parts department, warehouse, or maintenance environment
  • You have knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial machinery
  • You have a solid understanding of inventory management and parts control processes
  • You have a valid G license
  • You are comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
