Job Description

  • This role is required to work on US shift  and the person will be responsible for managing a Portfolio of foreclosed properties
  • The performance will be determined through monthly sales and client SLAs
  • Proficient in MS office and able to create daily reports in excel on need basis
  • Ensure client dictated SLA’s are managed and adhered
  • Ability to think smart and fast to strategize various execution plans to meet BU and Company client scorecard
  • Ensure implemented tools, policies and procedures meet the needs of both internal and external clients
  • Additional duties, as indicated

Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

  • Minimum graduate having 1-3 years’ experience in US real estate mortgage process
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate fluently
  • Experience in Sales (E-commerce) would be an added advantage
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills are required
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural team
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree, 3-5 years
  • License or Certification: Not required
