Responsibilities:

• Understand the business in detail and track operational performance through various reports
• Analyze data and identify deviations from process
• Understand system workflows and create/modify workflows
• Work with different business teams to understand operational issues and identify operational inefficiencies

KRAs:

• Monitor and eliminate outliers
• Implement and document process changes
• Improve/Automate reporting to reduce/eliminate manual activities

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Analytical, task-oriented, cooperative, high attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of SQL queries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Good communication skills
• Excellent team player

90 Day Goals

Get knowledge transfer on Asset Management business and its various sub processes and get trained on ResWare and Equator functionalities, various workflow processes and CCB requirements
