A large Belgian organisation is looking for a Medior OpenText Exstream Developer to reinforce its Customer Communication Management (CCM) team.

You will join an existing team of Exstream developers working on document template development and CCM solution integration within an established enterprise IT environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and define input file structures.
• Design and maintain document templates in French, Dutch and German.
• Manage multiple output formats: AFP, PDF, HTML5, Live, Empower.
• Develop and execute unit, integration and UAT tests.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) on templates and outputs.
• Apply development and testing best practices (Agile mindset).
• Review deliverables and ensure consistent quality.
• Participate in project status meetings with internal stakeholders. 

Required Technical Skills (Must-have)

• 3–5 years of experience with OpenText Exstream.
• Strong understanding of the document lifecycle in CCM environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • Exstream Live
  • Empower
  • Content Author
• Solid experience across the OpenText Exstream ecosystem:
  • Command Center
  • Communication Builder
  • Communication Server
  • OTDS
  • Workshop
  • StoryBoard
  • ReTouch
  • Supervisor
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills on multilingual templates (FR/NL/DE).
• Language: French (C2) or English (C2).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Programming or scripting experience (Java, Shell, COBOL, .NET).
• Knowledge of customer communications (letters, emails, official documents).
• Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders.
