Technical

• Java programming experience (no special framework knowledge required)
• General knowledge about frontend (Javascript) technologies
• Communicates technically or professionally complex issues at a level of abstraction appropriate to the target group
• Curiosity, motivation to learn, openness to others' ideas and feedback
• Proficiency in at least one technology stack (Java and/or JavaScript)

• 2-3 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of Java, object-oriented programming, and software development principles.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
