As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with senior event coordinators and managers to assist in the seamless execution of a wide variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.
• Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items.
• Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
