Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing internal and external messaging, refining corporate voice guidelines, and ensuring that all narrative touchpoints reflect our commitment to excellence. You will collaborate across departments to craft compelling written content, manage media relations, and optimize corporate communications strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit high-quality communication materials, including press releases, executive briefs, newsletters, and promotional documentation.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment across teams, company milestones, and core organizational goals.
Maintain consistency in corporate tone, branding, and messaging across all non-social channels.
Collaborate with executive leadership and operational teams to streamline public relations and media engagement strategies.
Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Strong narrative development, copy-editing, and proofreading capabilities.

Additional Information
Competitive Salary: $57,000 – $62,000 annually.
