The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff.
• Maintain and update the visitor log and appointment calendars.
• Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing.
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
