Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about organizing memorable events and eager to grow their career in event management. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various types of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events from concept through execution.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venues to ensure all event needs are met.
• Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, invitations, and promotional content.
• Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual setup.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and update project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
