Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support software, CRM systems, or help desk tools is a plus.
