Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping to plan, execute, and manage various events while supporting our sales team to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and client proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, sales transactions, and client communications.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and sales support or related roles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
