Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking effectively, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system both electronic and paper-based
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
