Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Events and Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events, as well as assisting the sales team in achieving business goals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
  • Support the sales team by managing client communications and preparing sales materials
  • Maintain and update event and sales databases with accurate information
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Help manage event logistics including registration, setup, and on-site support
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to sales performance and event outcomes

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination or sales support roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
