Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain a high level of accuracy, and contribute to a positive office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence promptly.
  • Assist in data entry tasks and update office databases regularly.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
