You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product information with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software and CRM tools.
