Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Entry Level Event Staff to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our event management crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events ranging from corporate conferences and product launches to concerts and community gatherings. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues including staging, seating, signage, and equipment.
• Greet and register attendees, providing them with event materials and information as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with directions or accommodation needs.
• Support crowd management and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the event.
• Coordinate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure timely execution of event schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or possessing additional education in event management is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events may require.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, move equipment, and perform manual tasks.
