Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support our client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong partnerships, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate service delivery and ensure all client needs are met efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition
