We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company policy.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
